Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days (Monday - Friday). If you place your order on a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out within 3 business days (Monday - Friday).
To ensure secure delivery, we recommend all parcels be signed for upon receipt. If you will not be at home during delivery hours, please choose an address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.
Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience longer delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances (pandemic, Strikes,Floods ETC) peak periods, due to wild weather, or due to other Australia Post delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Sweet As Sugar Jewellery's reasonable control.

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped. For both Australia Post E-Parcel and Express Post, this will be on the evening the order is dispatched (weekdays only).
You can track the progress of your order through to shipment by visiting www.auspost.com.au and entering your consignment number or you can contact Australia Post directly on 13 76 78. Sweet As Sugar Jewellery has very limited additional information on the progress of your order - Please contact Australia Post for further information about tracking.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)?
To ensure the security of your order a driver will always attempt to gain a signature when a delivery is made unless you have selected 'authority to leave'.
If you select ‘authority to leave’, you understand and agree that this gives us and/or our couriers permission to leave your order in question unattended in a safe place at the delivery address without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location. This may be by the front door, at the reception or concierge's desk, or as per your instructions.
In these circumstances, you understand and agree that by granting us authority to leave, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfer to you on delivery.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.
